Healthy Leaders, Healthy Churches

You can’t do anything significant that doesn’t involve conflict. That conflict which is crucial to the fulfillment of the mission will create fragility inside the movement. And once the fragility is created the entire movement will be threatened to break into pieces from the inside out. But the fragility also holds within it the possibility for resilience where instead of breaking apart at the inside it fortifies from the inside. And once the fortification occurs nothing outside it can keep it from happening. Each movement then must choose whether it will break in the midst of fragility or fortify and reach its fulfillment because of its resilience.
